From the moment my eye caught the Stella McCartney Falabella bag, I was hooked. These effortlessly chic, slouchy totes, with their signature chain detailing, became an instant obsession.

I first spotted them in The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (Season 4), where the housewives carried them with casual luxury.

But it wasn’t just the look—it was the sound. The soothing clink of the circular metal pendant against the chain as they walked made it feel even more luxe.

And let’s talk textures and colors—metallics, velvety suedes, glossy finishes—each bag a shimmering, statement-making masterpiece. The Falabella isn’t just a bag; it’s an experience. One that whispers effortless glamour with every step

But here’s the thing—if you’re obsessed like me, just one of these bags can set you back $1,000+.

Lately, I’ve been loving the faux fur Falabella bags, but instead of splurging on another, I had a better idea… why not DIY my own?

1️⃣ Hunting for a Deal? If you want an authentic Stella McCartney Falabella without the hefty price tag, check out Mercari, Poshmark, and eBay for secondhand finds.

2️⃣ Brand Name Not a Must? If the Stella McCartney tag isn’t a dealbreaker, there are plenty of Falabella-inspired bags out there that capture the same look for a fraction of the price!

This project turned out to be way easier than I expected and started with ordering some faux fur from Amazon,

took a few quick measurements, cut out pieces for the front and back panels, used clips to keep the fur in place and simply hot-glued the fur in place.

That’s it—instant luxe upgrade!
